Recording
Concert Ideas will record the PROJECT:LIVE event. By attending this event, you and/or your delegates give Concert Ideas your consent to use photographs and recordings in which you and/or your delegates appear.
Attendees/delegates may not create any video or audio recordings of any kind. Failure to honor these terms may result in removal from the event and the confiscation of any recorded material and/or devices.
Nondiscrimination policy
Concert Ideas prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason, including but not limited to: because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Event conduct and safety
Concert Ideas is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants. Concert Ideas has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.
Liability waiver & release
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the event, I hereby warrant and represent that I and my entire delegation are age 18 or above and we freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Concert Ideas or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers. This Liability Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon myself and my delegates heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.
Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness (including but not limited to Covid-19), damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the PROJECT:LIVE. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, indemnifies, discharges, and holds harmless Concert Ideas or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating therein.

At the sole discretion of Concert Ideas, anyone found to be in violation of these policies will be asked to leave PROJECT:LIVE immediately. Participants will not receive refunds and cannot return to or participate in any other PROJECT:LIVE activities
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
